AND+ Protein Shot packs 22 grams of complete protein — every essential amino acid — into a single 100ml bottle. No powders to mix, no shaker to wash, no chalky aftertaste. Just 92 calories, zero sugar and zero fat, in something small enough to keep in a bag or a desk drawer for the days when a full meal or a shake isn’t happening.
It’s made by AND+ Nutrition, a Singapore company set up to take the friction out of eating well. The formula was developed with the Food Innovation & Resource Centre (FIRC) at Singapore Polytechnic to get both the nutrition and the taste right.
It comes down to the protein we chose. Most proteins don’t dissolve well — whey concentrates can turn clumpy and chalky and need a lot of water to mix properly. We use BLG, a whey protein picked for exactly the opposite: it dissolves cleanly and completely, with a neutral taste that works with fruit flavours.
It goes into solution instead of sitting there as grit. That solubility is what lets us fit 22 g of protein into 100 ml and still keep a smooth, juice-like feel. No blender. No thick shake. No chalk.
Whey protein comes from milk. It isn’t a single protein — it’s a mix of several, each with its own properties. Beta-lactoglobulin, or BLG, is one of them, and it makes up around half of whey.
It matters because it’s rich in the essential amino acids your body needs. We use BLG in AND+ Protein Shot for exactly that reason: high nutritional value and a full profile of essential amino acids, in a protein that dissolves cleanly.
Yes. AND+ contains whey protein derived from milk. Although it’s lactose-free, it contains milk protein and isn’t suitable for people with milk protein allergies.
No. AND+ Protein Shot is shelf-stable for up to a year and doesn’t need refrigerating before you open it — keep it in a bag or a drawer until you need it. It tastes best chilled, though.
Not just yet — we’re still in product development. AND+ is being built in Singapore, and Singapore is where we’ll launch first, with plans to expand across Southeast Asia after that.
We don’t have a launch date to share yet, and that’s deliberate. We want it out as soon as possible, but not before we’re sure it’s safe and tastes genuinely good. When both of those are right, we’ll launch — not before.
Yes. Before launch, the finished product goes through independent lab testing at an SFA-recognised laboratory — both nutritional analysis, to confirm the values on the label, and microbiological testing, to confirm food safety.
Nutrition claims like our 22 g protein are verified against Singapore’s labelling standards using recognised analytical methods, so what’s on the bottle matches what’s in it.
